Awakened IFS Consultation Group
We created this program to meet IFS practitioners’ need for ongoing learning and community.
This is a loving circle where you receive supervision and support, ask questions, do role plays, receive spot coaching, learn by watching live full-length demos, and connect with other healers.
We integrate spirituality and our connection to each other and the divine to amplify access to Self as individuals and as a group.
This intimate circle is limited to 24 participants.

To create a safe and intimate container that allows for vulnerability and healing, we limit the number of students to 24.
What makes Awakened IFS Consultation Group different?
You will receive support using the classic IFS methodology, or what we call the “bottom-up” approach — healing parts one by one to gain greater access to Self.
In addition, you will witness and experience how our “top-down” approach unlocks the practitioners innate wisdom and healing power. You’ll see how loving Presence draws out the evolving intelligence of Internal Family Systems.
In top-down, Self is accessed directly. The practitioner accesses awake awareness and works from Presence.
In other words, the practitioner becomes a conduit for Divine energy. Parts soften, internal systems reorganize, and IFS becomes an even more powerful tool for transformation.

Format
The Fall 2026 cohort meets Wednesdays at 12:00 pm Eastern Time (New York.)
We meet nine times over the course of five months. The cohort is limited to 28 students.
Classes alternate between consultation sessions and live IFS demonstrations with debriefs.
Note: If these times do not work for your schedule, we offer a Spring cohort starting May 2027 that meets on Tuesdays, 6:00 - 7:30 pm Eastern Time (New York.) Enrollment opens in January.

The Awakened IFS consultation groups are designed for practitioners with some IFS training who want ongoing support as they integrate the model into their work. It is ideal for those seeking continued growth, mentorship, and a community of fellow lightworkers.

No. The consultation groups are open to practitioners who have completed some IFS training through The Institute for Healing and Awakening or another equivalent program. If you're unsure whether your experience qualifies, we're happy to help.

Sessions alternate between case consultations and live demonstrations with Q&A. There are opportunitites for spot coaching and role play as methods for evoking insights. What arises in the cohort becomes the topic for discussion. It offers the opportunity for supervision with Guthrie and Barti and brainstorming with other lightworkers.

We encourage live attendance whenever possible, as the consultation group is designed to be interactive. Recordings are available if you need to miss a session.

Our agreements are as follows:
Maintain confidentiality. Anything you learn about another is treated as sacred and not to be shared without explicit permission. Recorded materials may not be shared outside the cohort.
You have freedom of choice. Participate at the level that feels safe to you.
You have the right to privacy. Share only what you want.
Practice self-care. You are responsible for your own comfort. Ask for what you need.
