Awakened IFS-3
Moving toward Mastery
with Internal Family Systems
Awakened IFS-3 (AIFS-3) is an advanced six-month training that teaches you how to integrate IFS with other healing models, call upon spiritual resources for support, and work in liminal spaces.
It is for healing practitioners who have completed AIFS-2 and are experienced using IFS in their practice.
Through guided visualizations, experiential exercises, and pointing-out instructions, awake awareness will become a more stable state of being, powerfully impacting your practice.
As you move toward mastery, you become a vessel for Divine work where you are no longer the doer. You will trust your intuition and dance with the unknown.
IFS then becomes an effortless tool, fostering deeper client work where the client’s system lets you know how it wants to heal.
This course is a requirement to apply to become a certified Awakened IFS practitioner.
Note: The Institute for Healing and Awakening is not affiliated with the IFS Institute. We are, however, deeply indebted to IFS developer Richard C. Schwartz. His teachings have inspired us, and we are grateful for his generosity in sharing the model. Internal Family Systems and IFS are trademarks of the IFS Institute and used here with authorization.

What makes Awakened IFS-3 different?
This training supports you in allowing IFS to work through you as it continues to evolve. You are no longer the doer. You learn to hold the model lightly and surrender to its unfolding.
You practice from the state of awake awareness, following your client’s system as it shows you how it wants to heal and following IFS as it shows you how it wants to support that healing.
You gain trust working in liminal spaces, with spiritual beings, and with energies that may not be part of the client’s system.
Personally, you learn to access Self directly, connect to Spirit, and more consistently create and relate from Presence.
Professionally, you will become a conduit for Divine energy. Parts soften, internal systems reorganize, and IFS becomes an even more powerful tool for transformation.
To preserve the depth and intimacy of the training, enrollment is limited to 36 participants.
Enrollment opens January 2027.

What will I learn?
You will gain a deeper understanding of the IFS model itself — how it wants to evolve and be used within your specific offering. You will also learn how to:
Work in liminal realms — the transitional space between relative and absolute reality
Identify and release unattached burdens
Release current burdens acquired in past live
Call in spiritual resources (guides, angels, ancestors, deities, ascended masters, etc.)
Integrate IFS with other healing models (Polyvagal, Reichian patterns)
Connect protector strategies to health issues and support physical healing
Trust and rely upon your innate intuition
Stabilize in a compassionate, non-judgmental, and agenda-less Presence with more frequency and stability
What will I get?
Fluency in calling in spiritual support
A trust that the client’s system will show the way to healing — we are the students of their system
Confidence working in liminal spaces and other realms
An understanding of how parts can affect physical health
The freedom to integrate IFS into other modalities of healing
Courage being with what appears as dark energies
A community of lightworkers
Witness (and participate as a client) in live demonstrations of the full protocol
Group mentoring, peer practice, class recordings, and a comprehensive course manual to support your journey
A certificate of completion indicating you’ve earned 40 ICF-approved CCEs
Is this for me?
