How does it work?

This is an intimate and interactive training made up of seven monthly three-day sessions.

Our three-day sessions will take place live on Zoom.

Each day:

  • We meet from 10:30 am – 5:00 pm Eastern Time (New York).

  • We take two 15-minute breaks and one 60-minute meal break.

Class days include a combination of presencing practices, teaching, demonstrations, debriefs, Q&A, peer practice, and mentoring.

Our goal is to provide a learning environment that is structured, open, inclusive, and energizing, and to create a community that is connected and resonant.

Between sessions you will:

  • Practice in small groups with your peers at least three times

  • Complete the assigned reading from the manual

  • Work to fulfill 15 hours of independent study focused on the ICF Code of Ethics and Core Competencies. (This is an elective)

After completing the sessions, you will:

  • Schedule three one-on-one mentoring sessions with one of our trained mentors

  • Provide a recording of your coaching for a final pass/fail evaluation. When you pass, you will receive your certificate of completion for use in applying for your entry-level credential from the ICF, the ACC (Associate Certified Coach)
